BloomHer: PCOS & Hormone Tracker

by AppLift Labs

Medical Disclaimer

Last updated: 24 September 2026

BloomHer is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. It is a wellness and self-tracking app. Always ask a qualified doctor about PCOS, your cycle, symptoms or medications.

1. For information and self-tracking only

Everything in BloomHer, including cycle phases, phase-based tips, the health score, trends, habit suggestions and insights, is general wellness information. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Do not ignore or delay medical advice because of something you saw in the app.

2. Cycle predictions are estimates

Period dates, fertile windows and cycle phases are estimates based on the dates you log. Cycles with PCOS are often irregular, so predictions may be wrong. Do not use BloomHer as contraception or to prevent pregnancy, and do not rely on it alone when trying to conceive.

3. Late periods

The late-period guidance in BloomHer is general information. If your period is late, you may be pregnant, or you have unusual pain, heavy bleeding or other symptoms, talk to a doctor.

4. Bloom AI coach

Bloom is an AI assistant, not a doctor, dietitian or therapist. Its replies are generated automatically and can be incomplete or wrong. Check important decisions with a qualified professional.

5. Diet, exercise, supplements and medications

Habits such as workouts, step goals, no refined sugar, high-protein breakfasts, supplements and seed cycling are general wellness suggestions and may not suit everyone. Talk to your doctor before changing your diet, exercise, supplements or medications. The medication list is a tracking tool only and does not give dosing advice.

6. Weight and BMI

BMI is shown using Asian-specific ranges for general information. BMI does not measure body fat or overall health, and should be read alongside advice from a healthcare professional.

7. Emergencies

BloomHer is not for emergencies. If you have severe pain, very heavy bleeding, fainting or any urgent symptoms, call your local emergency number (112 in India) or go to the nearest hospital.
