Terms of Use

1. Who can use BloomHer

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use BloomHer.

2. Your account

You can sign in with Google or with an email address and password. Keep your login details safe. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has accessed it.

3. Not medical advice

BloomHer is a wellness and self-tracking app. It does not diagnose, treat or cure any condition, including PCOS. Cycle predictions are estimates and must not be used as contraception. Read the full Medical Disclaimer.

4. Bloom AI coach

Bloom's replies are generated by AI using your cycle phase and check-in data. They may be inaccurate or incomplete, and they are not professional advice. Free users can send 15 messages a day. BloomHer Pro users get unlimited messages, subject to fair use to prevent abuse.

5. BloomHer Pro

• BloomHer Pro is available for ₹299 for 30 days or ₹2,499 for one year, as shown in the app at checkout.
• Each plan is a one-time payment. Plans do not renew automatically.
• Pro access starts when payment is confirmed and ends at the end of the period you paid for.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. Razorpay's terms also apply to your payment.
• We may change prices or Pro features in the future. Changes won't affect a plan you have already paid for.
• Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use BloomHer for anything unlawful, or to harm others
• Try to access another person's account or data
• Reverse engineer, copy or resell the app, or interfere with its security
• Misuse Bloom AI coach, for example by automating messages or trying to get around limits

7. Your content

You own what you enter in BloomHer, including your logs and journal entries. You give us permission to store and process this content only to run the app for you, as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Our app

BloomHer, its design, logo, text and code belong to AppLift Labs. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app for your own non-commercial use.

9. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time. See Delete Account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.

10. Availability and changes

We work to keep BloomHer running smoothly, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may update, change or stop features over time.

11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

BloomHer is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent allowed by law, AppLift Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on the app. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for BloomHer Pro in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will change the date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, let you know in the app. If you keep using BloomHer after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
